Q: Can I redeem my facility early?
Yes, you can repay at any time by transferring the outstanding amount to our bank account (IBAN: IE28CPAY99119982948671, Account Name: GRID Finance Impact Limited) and emailing us at business@gridfinance.ie to let us know.
Q: Will It cost me extra to redeem early?
No – the facility does not operate as an APR loan but as a “Receivables Purchase Agreement” (see facility costs FAQ) with a fixed costs applied at the outset. If your facility was activated from the 11th May 2026 you may qualify for a rebate also as outlined in your facility agreement. It will have a section on “Early Repurchase & Rebates” which also explains.
Q How do I complete a Repurchase of my Receivables to qualify for a rebate ?
If you wish to repurchase your receivables from GRID while there is an outstanding Advance of greater than €10,000, you may do so by:
1. Transferring your outstanding balance (received by GRID prior to 1pm any business day) to:
- IBAN: IE28CPAY99119982948671
- Account Name: GRID Finance Impact Limited
2. Emailing business@gridfinance.ie to notify us of the repurchase payment.
Please ensure payment reaches us before 1pm on a business day. Please ensure you make the transfer at the outset of the business day so we receive it before 1pm in order to qualify. Please refer to the Early Repurchase section of your agreement for further details.
Q How much of a rebate will I receive if I complete a Receivables Repurchase ?
The rebate amount depends on how much time remains in your facility term:
- Time Remaining = (Days left in term) ÷ (Original term in days) × 100%
- If >50% to 100% of the term remains: GRID will rebate 50% of the remaining Facility Costs, less the Breakage Costs.
- If > 20% to < = 50% of the term remains: GRID will rebate 70% of the remaining Facility Costs, less the Breakage Costs.
- If less than or at 20% of the term remains: No rebate applies.
The rebate only relates to your Facility costs and not your GRID Arrangement Fee .
Q When will I receive my rebate?
The rebate will be transferred to your verified settlement/payment account within the same working day following your repurchase payment. To qualify for rebate the repurchase payment has to be received by GRID prior to 1pm on any working day. Please ensure you make the transfer at the outset of the business day so we receive it before 1pm in order to qualify.
